It addresses a critical need in our current and future healthcare system. It offers an unprecedented blend of academic theory and evidence, hands-on work with real-time projects in healthcare organizations, and coaching by CCL faculty to support participants in becoming leaders of collaborative, sustainable change. It is a timely, unique, and innovative approach to program design and delivery, and relevant to the transformation of the healthcare system.
