Biography

Sara Pytka-Jones is a Physician Assistant practicing in Hamilton, Ontario. She is a 2017 graduate of the U of T BScPA Program. Prior to her PA education, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and a Master of Science in Adolescent Education from D’Youville College.

Since graduating from the PA Program, she has been working in Family Medicine. In addition to her general practice role, she has a specific focus on pain management and palliative care. She also works part time in outpatient Orthopedics and at a Medical Cannabis clinic.

She is fortunate to be involved in educating and mentoring future Physician Assistants through her roles as a Clinical Placement Preceptor and a PA Mentor for the U of T Physician Assistant Program.

When she is not working, she enjoys ballet and spending time with her wonderful husband David and beautiful baby Jacob.
